Visa Application Fees
To apply for a visa, you will have to pay a visa fee and a service fee.The visa fee is collected on behalf of the Consular Authority and the service fee is collected for the processing of your visa application at TLScontact.
To apply for a visa, you will have to pay:
- Visa fee - collected for the of the Embassy of Czech Republic for the application processing;
- Service fee - collected via Online Payment by QR Code or Credit Card, for the processing of your visa application at TLScontact.
Attention: Payment of the visa fee and the service fees do not give any guarantee or right that a visa will be granted. The visa fee and service fee are both non-refundable and non-transferable if the visa application is denied by the Embassy staff or if the applicant decides to terminate his or her application.

Visa fees
The visa fee is mandatory for all applications unless you qualify for an exemption.
Service fee
A TLScontact service fee is mandatory for all visa applications and amounts to 837.00 THB.
This fee covers the services provided by TLScontact, including:
- Application reception
- Data processing
- Appointment booking
- Information support
The service fee must be paid online during the appointment booking process.
Visa fee payment
The visa fee is set in EUR but must be paid in Thai Baht (THB).
The applicable exchange rate is determined by the consular authority and updated regularly. As a result, the amount payable in THB may vary.

Visa fee exemptions
You may be exempt from paying the visa fee if you belong to one of the following categories:
- Family members of EU citizens or nationals of a country bound by the EEA Agreement or a relevant international agreement, regardless of nationality
- Children under 6 years of age
- Pupils, students, postgraduate students, and accompanying teachers travelling for study or educational training purposes
- Researchers travelling for scientific research, as defined by EU regulations
- Representatives of non-profit organisations aged 25 or under participating in seminars, conferences, or cultural, educational, or sporting events organised by non-profit organisations
